We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our warehouse operations in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory data. This includes conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing procedures to minimize stock loss and ensure optimal inventory levels. You will work closely with warehouse management and operational staff to streamline inventory processes and improve overall efficiency. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be critical to the success of our Logistics department. Key responsibilities involve tracking inventory movement, managing stock locations, and reporting on inventory status. You will also assist in receiving and shipping processes as needed, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to warehouse protocols. This position requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency with inventory management software, and the ability to perform tasks that may involve some Lifting (up to 30 lbs). A strong commitment to Safety is paramount, and all employees must follow all established procedures and wear appropriate PPE .
