We are looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our dynamic warehouse team in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking items from our inventory and carefully preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency directly impact our customer satisfaction and logistics operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, agile, and possesses a strong work ethic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: Accurately selecting products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or scanning systems; Inspecting items for quality and accuracy before packaging; Efficiently and securely packaging items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit; Applying shipping labels and completing necessary documentation; Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work station; Adhering strictly to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE); Collaborating with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals; Performing other general warehouse duties as assigned, such as restocking or assisting with inventory counts. This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, walk the warehouse floor, and perform consistent lifting of items up to a specified weight.
