We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and manage our warehouse operations in Cincinnati, Ohio. This key role involves coordinating daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency in receiving, storage, and distribution processes, and supervising warehouse staff. You will be instrumental in optimizing workflow, managing inventory accuracy, and maintaining a high standard of **Safety** throughout the facility. A thorough understanding of **Logistics**, inventory management, and team leadership is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, a commitment to **Safety** best practices, and the ability to effectively lead a team. This position requires vigilance in enforcing **PPE** compliance and ensuring all operations meet regulatory standards. You will play a vital role in the success of our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Ensure efficient space utilization and organization of the warehouse.
- Implement and enforce all **Safety** procedures and **PPE** requirements.
- Train, mentor, and manage warehouse staff.
- Optimize warehouse workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain records and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth **Logistics**.
- Manage **Lifting** and material handling processes safely and effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or coordination.
- Strong knowledge of **Logistics**, inventory control, and warehouse **Safety** protocols.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Proficiency in WMS and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with **PPE** and **Safety** regulations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
