We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in Durham, North Carolina. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. You will be responsible for retrieving items from warehouse shelves, carefully packaging them for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a leading distribution center. As a Picker/Packer, your primary duties will include using handheld scanners to locate and pick products, verifying order accuracy, assembling products and putting them in protective packaging, and ensuring all outgoing shipments are correctly labeled. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are paramount. You will also be involved in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided. We value teamwork and encourage candidates who can collaborate effectively with colleagues. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times to ensure your safety and the safety of others. This position involves frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. The fast-paced nature of our Logistics operations requires efficiency and accuracy.
