Are you an energetic individual looking for a fast-paced role? We are seeking an Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Order Picker, your primary responsibility will be accurately and efficiently gathering items to fulfill customer orders. You will use handheld scanners and follow pick lists to locate products within the warehouse, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected. This role requires speed, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail. You will also be involved in packing selected items for shipment and ensuring they are ready for the next stage of the logistics process. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace Safety, and all employees are expected to follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. The job involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. A good understanding of warehouse organization and layout will be beneficial. You will work as part of a team, contributing to the overall efficiency of order fulfillment. Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for this position. - Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
