Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Verify inventory against purchase orders and inspect for damages.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists, ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training available).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strictly follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Support the shipping and receiving departments as needed to ensure seamless logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
