We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate to join our busy warehouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this critical role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and preparing for shipment. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Process customer orders by picking items from various warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Label shipments accurately for delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training may be provided).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Strictly follow safety procedures and the proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the logistics department.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
