Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Seattle, Washington. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and the overall safety of our team. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of warehouse associates, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing operational improvements. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure efficient coordination of logistics to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.
  • Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all OSHA regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and system updates.
  • Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety information.
  • Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
