Your main duties will include picking products from warehouse shelves based on order lists, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected. This role is crucial to our **logistics** operations and requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. We prioritize **safety** above all else, and all team members are required to use appropriate **PPE** and follow established **safety** protocols. This position involves significant walking, standing, and **lifting** throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders or pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all **safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements.
- Report any damaged or missing items to a supervisor.
- Contribute to overall warehouse **logistics** efficiency.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, including occasional **lifting** of boxes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capacity to perform **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to **safety** and proper use of **PPE**.
- Understanding of basic **logistics** principles.
