We are hiring a Shipping Clerk in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to oversee the accurate and timely preparation and dispatch of outgoing shipments. This role is integral to our logistics department, ensuring that products reach our customers efficiently and without error. Key responsibilities include verifying order details, selecting and packing appropriate materials, generating shipping labels and documentation, and coordinating with carriers for pickup. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate shipping records and assisting with inventory control as needed. A strong understanding of shipping procedures and carrier requirements is essential. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a meticulous approach to their work. Maintaining a safe working environment is a top priority, so adherence to all safety guidelines and proper use of PPE is required. This role involves some physical demands, including lifting of packages up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Your role will directly impact customer satisfaction.
