We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Durham, North Carolina. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that goods are received, stored, picked, and shipped accurately and on time. This position is vital to our logistics operations and requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will be responsible for various tasks, including receiving incoming shipments, inspecting goods for damage, stocking shelves, fulfilling orders, and preparing items for shipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and a dedication to upholding our high standards of quality and efficiency. This role involves significant physical activity, so a good level of physical fitness is essential. Adherence to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety , is paramount. We provide all necessary training and expect all employees to wear appropriate PPE at all times. This role involves frequent lifting and requires the ability to stand for extended periods.
