Join our expanding logistics team as an Order Picker in Boise, Idaho! We are looking for dedicated individuals to accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment. As an Order Picker, you will navigate the warehouse using pick lists or scanning technology to retrieve specified items from inventory. Your accuracy in selecting the right products and quantities is paramount to customer satisfaction. Following the picking process, you may be responsible for staging items for packing or directly assisting with packing duties. This role requires good physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for most of your shift and performing tasks that involve bending, reaching, and lifting. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently is necessary. We are committed to your safety and require the use of appropriate PPE, with full training provided. Understanding and following all warehouse safety procedures is a core expectation. This position is fundamental to our distribution center's efficiency and plays a significant role in our overall logistics chain. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and contribute.
