*The Role*
Are you a data storyteller who can turn complex numbers into a roadmap for growth? We are looking for a *Data Analyst* to join the team at IVG. You will play a critical role in analyzing sales and market data to provide the actionable insights that optimize our sales strategies and increase revenue.
Working at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Product, you will be our internal consultant—using data to identify the next big opportunity in the vape market and ensuring our decision-making is backed by hard evidence.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Insight Generation:* Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, market gaps, and areas for improvement within the UK and international vape markets.
* *Dashboard & Reporting:* Develop and maintain high-impact reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) to monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, customer retention, and regional performance.
* *Forecasting:* Collaborate with the Sales team to create high-accuracy sales forecasts and set realistic targets based on historical data.
* *Competitor Intelligence:* Conduct deep-dive market research into competitor pricing, consumer preferences, and emerging industry trends.
* *ROI Evaluation:* Work with the Marketing team to measure the return on investment (ROI) for campaigns, ensuring our spend is aligned with business growth.
* *Data Integrity:* Manage master data sets to ensure 100% accuracy and troubleshoot any data inconsistencies.
* *Stakeholder Communication:* Present complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and concise presentations.

* *Tech-Savvy:* You are a power user of modern BI tools and advanced Excel.
*Requirements*
* *Experience:* 3+ years in a Data Analyst role, ideally supporting Sales or Marketing teams.
* *Technical Skills:* Advanced Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivots, macros) and proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
* *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
* *Industry Knowledge:* Experience in the Vaping, FMCG, or Retail sectors is a significant plus.
* *Statistical Skills:* A solid understanding of statistical methods and forecasting techniques.
