with strong expertise in
financial message formats , particularly
IDOC
and
EDIFACT . The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth integration, migration, and validation of financial messaging systems.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering:
Work with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements related to financial messaging.
Message Format Expertise:
Analyze, validate, and design solutions involving
IDOC
and
EDIFACT
file formats.
Integration Support:
Collaborate with developers and integration teams to ensure accurate mapping and transformation of financial messages.
Testing & Validation:
Support QA/UAT teams by preparing test cases, validating message flows, and ensuring compliance with financial standards.
Documentation:
Create functional specifications, process flows, and mapping documents for financial messaging.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
Recommend process enhancements and automation opportunities in financial messaging workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
7–8 years of Business Analyst experience
in financial services or enterprise integration.
Strong knowledge of
IDOC
and
EDIFACT
formats.
Experience with
financial messaging standards
Familiarity with
integration tools
Hands‑on experience in
requirements documentation, gap analysis, and functional specifications .
Strong understanding of
SDLC and Agile methodologies .
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
