Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Sunderland. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, coordinating test drives, negotiating deals, and handling administrative processes to finalize sales. The individual will collaborate closely with team members to support a positive and customer-focused dealership environment.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Organizational and Administrative abilities to manage sales documentation efficiently
Familiarity with the Automotive Industry is advantageous
Positive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a team setting
A valid UK driving license
Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales tools is a plus
