Innovative Heavy Highway/Civil General Contractor is seeking a growth-minded estimator to join our dynamic and collaborative team in the Metro-West area of Massachusetts. The company specializes in bridges, dams, highways and other heavy civil projects ranging in value from $1.0 MIL to $40.0 MIL in the New England area. This is an IN OFFICE position in Hudson, MA.
Ideal candidates should possess the following:
· Bachelors Degree in business, engineering or construction related discipline
· Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in construction and cost estimating
· Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects and bids
· Be familiar with public bidding procedures for State Agencies and Municipalities
· Be able to read and understand project plans and specifications
· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, subcontractors and vendors
· Ability to work well under pressure to meet project deadlines
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
