Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Overtime: Available
The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to cover commercial sites across London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering a competitive salary, strong benefits, and long-term career stability.
You will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of mechanical plant and equipment within commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
Working on and maintaining:
Pumps and motors
Boilers
Fan Coil Units (FCU)
Air Handling Units (AHU)
Water treatment and Legionella control tasks
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
Accurately completing maintenance reports and documentation
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within commercial buildings
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and plant
Experience with water treatment and Legionella compliance
Ability to work independently in a mobile role
Full UK driving licence
