Assistant Customer Service Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The Customer Service Manager will assist and have the responsibility of handling customer service issues for the Furniture and Mattress sales for D. Noblin Furniture and Mattress Firm.

Responsibilities:
- Field customer calls and respond to customer service needs of our customers.
- Assist warehouse with calls and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations
- Correspond with vendors on Return to Vendor issues, products, etc.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer serivice or warehouse management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of customer service basic processes. (We will train you to our specific policies but you must understand how to work in customer service.)
• Capable of learning our warehouse management systems (STORIS) and other relevant software applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors and shipping carriers
