Maintenance Supervisor – Mosinee, WI

Crystal Finishing Systems is growing and investing in its future. We're seeking a hands-on, people-oriented leader to supervise our Maintenance department and support production goals through safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and schedule daily maintenance operations

• Evaluate technician skills and build development plans

• Coach and mentor the team to strengthen problem-solving and technical capabilities

• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics

• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Support onboarding and training for new team members

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance leadership experience or a degree in Engineering or related field

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proven knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Experience with safety procedures, PM planning, and troubleshooting

• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
