Tenant Resident Aide

We are seeking a compassionate Tenant Care Aide to join our team in providing care and support to tenants in our facility. The shift we are looking to fill is 2PM -10PM. The ideal candidate will have a passion for assisting individuals with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist tenants with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to tenants.

• Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for tenants.

• Monitor and report any changes in tenants' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel

• Respect and uphold the rights of all tenants

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary

Skills:

• Experience in home care or nursing home settings is a plus

• CBRF Training and First Aid certification preferred

• Understanding of resident rights and dignity

• Familiarity with dementia care techniques
