CAPSLO's Migrant Seasonal Head Start Program in Kerman is looking for their next Center Supervisor. Qualifications:Level I:
- Has an AA/AS (or 60 units).
- Has 24 units in ECE/CD.
- Has 3 units in Administration.
- Has 2 years of related teaching experience.
- Has a Site Supervisor Permit.
Level II:
- HasHas an AA/AS in ECE/CD.
- Has 6 units in Administration.
- Has 2 units in Adult Supervision.
- 2 years of related teaching experience.
- 1 year as a Center Supervisor.
- Site Supervisor Permit.
Level III:
- BA/BS
- 12 units in ECE/CD.
- 6 units in Administration.
- 2 units in Adult Supervision.
- 3 units in Supervised Field Experience.
- 1 year as a Center Supervisor.
- Site Supervisor Permit or higher.
All Levels:
- Valid Driver's License, acceptable driving record, auto insurance.
As a Center Director you will:
- Collaborate with Program Directors, Coordinators, Specialists, and Managers to ensure compliance with State Funding/MSHS Terms & Conditions.
- Design and implement staff training programs.
- Supervise and evaluate program staff, assist in problem resolution, and conduct staff meetings.
- Monitor and maintain facility standards through regular inspections.
- Oversee recruitment/enrollment activities and provide orientation to new staff.
- Ensure program activities meet mandated standards and objectives.
- Conduct annual evaluations and monitor mealtimes for the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
- Individualize educational programs to meet each child's needs.
- Collect and manage personnel paperwork and ensure compliance with permits and licenses.
- Participate in State Parent Advisory Committee and other local committees.
- Attend out-of-county and out-of-state meetings and trainings.
- Act as a resource for instructional materials and program needs.
- Maintain relationships with community agencies and organizations.
