Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, enjoy working outdoors, and be comfortable interacting with customers. Previous pest control experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective pest control treatments at residential and commercial properties.
- Apply products in accordance with company standards and state regulations.
- Operate company equipment safely and maintain cleanliness of tools and vehicles.
- Inspect customer properties, identify pest activity, and recommend solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including answering basic questions and educating clients on pest prevention.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow schedules efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and environmental guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Prior pest control experience or state licensing is a plus (but not required—we will train).
