From clearing snow to maintaining landscapes, your efforts will keep properties functional and beautiful during all seasons. Responsibilities

• Operate snow plows, snow blowers, and other power tools to efficiently clear driveways, walkways, parking lots, and public areas during winter storms.
• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to maintain healthy and attractive landscapes.
• Conduct landscape maintenance including planting, mulching, fertilizing, and irrigation system checks to promote lush gardens and vibrant plantings.
• Use hand tools and power tools for landscape enhancements like hardscaping projects or tree trimming to improve property aesthetics and safety.
• Assist with tree care activities such as pruning or removal using appropriate equipment like chainsaws or excavators when necessary.
• Maintain grounds by performing routine inspections for hazards or damage; promptly address issues to ensure safety standards are met.
• Support seasonal tasks including gardening projects in spring and fall to prepare outdoor spaces for upcoming seasons.

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, excavators, and irrigation systems.
• Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively; familiarity with construction or hardscape installation is a plus.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care techniques including trimming and pruning.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment or materials when needed.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent safety awareness; ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Valid driver's license preferred; certification in snow plowing or landscaping is advantageous but not required. This role is paid and offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in groundskeeping while contributing to safe, attractive outdoor environments all year long

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
