Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic commission-driven sales representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and an internal drive to succeed in a competitive market. We are process-oriented and tech-enabled and need sales representatives who can adapt what they already do well to fit within our way of doing business.

What You'll Do:

• Sell directly to homeowners – Lead by example and be the top producer
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Execute a proven sales system – No guesswork, just results
• Utilize our technology to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
• Earn uncapped commissions on your sales and extra bonuses for other activities like receiving 5* reviews

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise. Pay: $100, $225,000.00 per year
