Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and experience working in fast-paced restaurant environments. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise while providing memorable guest experiences in a fine dining or casual setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS or cashiering systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
• Ensure guest needs are met promptly, addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism
• Build rapport with guests to foster repeat business and positive reviews

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclubs preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
• Excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
• Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/host roles, or food industry positions is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights; weekend availability is a plus
