Assistant Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and assisting in the management of staff. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring store policies are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and payroll processing.
• Support staff training and development to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
• Help negotiate with vendors for better pricing and product selection.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team collaboration.
• Uphold store standards for cleanliness, organization, and merchandising.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail management or as a clerk is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS system, Third Party delivery system. computer skill is a must.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent social media marketing experience.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated capability in store management practices, including employee supervision and conflict resolution.
