Job Title: Core Python Developer

Location: Pittsburg, PA - onsite

Type: Contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, experience with Python frameworks, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and services
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with databases and third-party services
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Python programming
• Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web services
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
