POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving commercial success of the Metal Products Division across Photofabrication Engineering and Microphoto. This includes developing new business, managing customer relationships, conducting regular customer visits, generating sales forecasts, and providing market insight and strategic direction. The role supports both organic and inorganic growth initiatives in precision metal manufacturing, including photochemical etching, forming, and related technologies. 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in target sectors (medical, defense, aerospace, semiconductor, green energy).
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication and on-site visits.
  • Develop and present accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports based on customer activity and market trends using CRM and other methods.
  • Generate regular sales performance reports and updates that track progress toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Monitor competitive activity, customer feedback, and market dynamics; provide insights to inform company strategy.
  • Represent the company in a professional, technically knowledgeable manner during customer interactions, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Support quoting activity, proposal development, and contract negotiations in collaboration with estimating, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Provide strategic commercial input for growth planning, including expansion into adjacent markets and evaluation of acquisition targets.
