Associate Attorney

We are a growing law firm seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join our No-Fault Arbitration practice and handle cases before the American Arbitration Association (AAA). This is an excellent opportunity for a newly admitted or early-career attorney looking to gain hands-on litigation and arbitration experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist with and appear at AAA no-fault arbitration hearings
• Draft position statements, briefs, and routine legal correspondence
• Review medical records, bills, and case documentation
• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
• Manage assigned cases with guidance and mentorship from senior attorneys

What We're Looking For

• Active New York State Bar license
• 0–2 years of legal experience (law office experience required)
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and handle a high-volume caseload
• Prior no-fault or AAA experience not required — training provided

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $85,000–$115,000, commensurate with experience

Pay: $80, $110,000.00 per year
