Join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our distribution operations forward In this vital role, you'll be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, building industrial/hydraulic hose and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes. Duties

• Operate equipment such as trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks.
• Assist with warehouse distribution activities including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment to meet customer demands.
• Handle materials with care during stocking, packaging, heavy lifting, and material handling to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Participate in warehouse organization efforts to optimize space utilization and streamline workflow processes.
• Collaborate with team members on manufacturing and completing orders
• Assist customers at the counter by pulling orders, answering basic product questions, and providing friendly, efficient service
• Work closely with inside sales and counter staff to deliver a positive, customer-centric experience
• build hydraulic hose assemblies to customer specifications
• Operate hydraulic crimpers and related shop equipment
• Cut, measure, crimp, and inspect hose assemblies for quality and safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety protocols.
• Experience with industrial products.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Prior experience in shipping & receiving or materials handling roles is a plus. Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
