Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and handling ingredients safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
• Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and kitchen tools during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and food safety standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude under pressure.
