Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze data from our DEX platform to monitor digital employee experience metrics, such as application performance, device health, and user engagement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to highlight key insights on IT issues, employee sentiment, and potential bottlenecks in the digital ecosystem.
- Identify patterns and anomalies in DEX data to recommend proactive solutions for improving system reliability, security, and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with IT operations, support teams, and business units to translate data findings into actionable strategies, such as automation scripts or process optimizations.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast DEX trends and support capacity planning.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy standards while integrating DEX data with other enterprise systems (e.g., via APIs or ETL processes).
- Stay updated on DEX features, contributing to tool evaluations, upgrades, and best practices implementation.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct training sessions on DEX analytics tools and methodologies.
- Communicate effectively both within immediate team, horizontal partners, and GE Aerospace leadership
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 2 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 7 years of professional experience
Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

- Professional experience in the Data and Analytics domain
- Professional experience in Digital Workplace Technology
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience using SQL to extract, manipulate, and correlate data sets
- Hands on experience applying data modeling and fundamental core database concepts
- Awareness or experience coding with scripting languages (R, Python, JavaScript) to do data manipulation, data analysis, and reporting is a plus
- Experience with statistical methods, machine learning basics, and predictive analytics applied to IT/DEX data
- Experience with Digital Workplace services is a huge plus
- Demonstrated strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with integration tools like APIs, Splunk, or ServiceNow for enhanced DEX workflows
- Proactively identifies and removes obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team
- Able to balance value propositions for competing stakeholders and develop recommendations that meet all needs
- Background in agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of employee experience frameworks or IT service management (ITSM) principles
- Understands when change is needed and actively participates in technical strategy planning
- Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analysis skills and best practices
Additional Information for US candidates:
The base pay range for this position is $93,000-$155,000 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on January 16th, 2026.
