Role Description
This is a remote role for a Business Development Lead. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing strategies to drive company sales. Primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and collaborating with teams to meet business goals. Effective communication and an entrepreneurial mindset are key to succeeding in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and develop actionable strategies for growth.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Experience in a business development or related role is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Compensation
- Commission based on deals closed
- Future equity based on performance
