Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality dialysis care to patients with kidney failure. The role involves operating dialysis equipment, monitoring patient health, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor dialysis machines according to established protocols.
• Assess patient condition before, during, and after dialysis treatments, including vital signs and overall well-being.
• Maintain strict aseptic technique to prevent infection and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
• Educate patients about the dialysis process, including pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
• Document treatment details accurately in patient records, including any observations or concerns.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and sterilized following infection control guidelines.
• Assist in emergency situations by responding promptly and effectively to patient needs or adverse reactions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience or training in Dialysis or related medical fields is required
• Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to renal function and dialysis procedures.
• Familiarity with medical terminology used in nephrology and dialysis settings.
• Proficiency in aseptic technique to maintain sterile environments during treatments.
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
