Mechanic - Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic - Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the maintenance, installation, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and efficiently to ensure the optimal performance of all equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform all levels of maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and systems.
• Install new systems and equipment as needed.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems are functioning optimally.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively regarding system status and repair needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a journeyman-level mechanic in refrigeration and air conditioning.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Language proficiency as required for effective communication.
