We are a growing outpatient physical therapy clinic focused on exceptional patient care, a supportive work environment, and continuous improvement. We're looking for a dependable and friendly
Clinic Success Coordinator
to help our clinic run smoothly and create a great experience for our patients.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
• Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries
• Verify insurance benefits with guidance
• Assist with non-clinical exercise supervision under PT direction
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and ready
• Handle basic administrative tasks
• Request and manage Google reviews
• Help with simple social media posts or occasional community events

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, and quick to learn
• Comfortable with computers, scheduling, and basic office tasks
• Friendly personality and ability to work well with all ages
• Interest or background in physical therapy, exercise science, or healthcare is a plus
• Experience in a clinic or rehab setting is helpful but not required

Candidates with previous physical therapy education or exposure—domestic or international—are welcome to apply. This role provides valuable outpatient experience and opportunities for long-term growth within the clinic.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 35–40 hours/week
• In-person only
