Bartender

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take orders and serve food and drinks to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of liquors, wines, and beers
• Ability to listen and follow directions
• Skilled in multi-tasking
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and maintain a high level of accountability
• Must be able to function well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to submit and pass a background check

• Eagerness to lead while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment

Typical Environment

• We are a fast-casual dining pizzeria, restaurant, and bar
• Be prepared to stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment
• All Team Members may be requested to work with cleaning chemicals as well as be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold, which are present in a kitchen environment
• Our team members regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team
