Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems in apartment homes
• Installing and maintaining appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, washers/dryers
• Performing preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Handling light plumbing and electrical repairs
• Painting, caulking, lock changes, and general interior/exterior upkeep
• Working as part of a high-performing maintenance team
• Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies

What We're Looking For:

• HVAC Certification (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• At least 1–2 years of apartment maintenance experience or related field work
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A positive, professional attitude and commitment to excellent resident service
• Dependable, self-driven, and organized
