Job Summary
The Nest Coffee Bar is hiring part-time and full-time Baristas to work at our coffee bar located inside a large corporate building in Pontiac, MI. Join our vibrant café team as a Barista, where your passion for coffee and exceptional customer service will create memorable experiences for every guest. In this energetic role, you will serve coffee, espresso, specialty drinks, and ensure a welcoming environment. Competitive pay based on experience. Work-life balance with working only Monday to Friday (no weekends, no holidays, no late nights).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently using POS systems.
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area (no other cleaning duties).
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Previous barista experience required.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient sales processing.
