Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced React Architect
to design, develop, and lead modern, scalable front-end applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
React (and/or )
, strong backend exposure using
Python frameworks
, and hands-on experience building and consuming
RESTful APIs
. This role requires architectural ownership, technical leadership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Architecture & Development

• Design and implement
  scalable, reusable, and high-performance UI architectures
  using
  (and/or
  ).
• Define front-end
  coding standards, best practices, and design patterns
  .
• Lead UI framework decisions, state management strategies (Redux, Context API, Vuex/Pinia), and component libraries.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.

Backend & API Integration

• Collaborate with backend teams to design and consume
  RESTful APIs
  .
• Develop and maintain backend services using
  Python
  frameworks such as
  Django, Flask, or FastAPI
  .
• Ensure seamless frontend-backend integration, performance optimization, and secure data exchange.

Technical Leadership

• Act as a
  technical lead/architect
  , guiding developers through code reviews, architecture discussions, and best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support team skill development.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to long-term technical roadmaps.

DevOps & Development Practices

• Work with
  Git-based version control systems
  (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Support CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Follow
  Agile/Scrum
  methodologies, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Quality & Performance

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement testing strategies including unit, integration, and UI testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with

  ) in enterprise-scale applications.
• Solid proficiency in

• Strong understanding of
