About the role

Keep residents' homes and shared spaces clean, safe, and comfortable—supporting daily life with dignity and care.

Partner with residents and teams to maintain a welcoming environment throughout the community.

What you'll do

• Clean resident suites and common areas; follow schedules and standards
• Uphold infection control and safety procedures
• Operate housekeeping equipment safely and maintain supplies
• Document tasks and report maintenance needs
• Assist with laundry/linens and occasional room turns

Relatable experience

• Housekeeping in senior housing, hospitality, or multi‑unit residential
• Customer service roles serving older adults
• Hands‑on roles using checklists and documentation

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Current negative TB test; CPR/First Aid ability to obtain
• Able to pass a background check
