Speech-Language Pathologist

We are looking for dedicated, growth-oriented Speech Language Pathologists who are interested in helping us build a top-notch Early Intervention Speech Therapy program together. The Children's Circle has been providing high-quality Early Intervention services for almost a decade, and we are now opening a brand-new Speech Therapy department for children in need of home-based services.

• This position requires an active NYS Speech-Language Pathology license

SLP Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) in home and community-based settings, focusing on communication, feeding, and early developmental skills.
• Develop and implement treatment sessions based on each child's IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) goals.
• Document session notes and maintain progress records in compliance with program requirements.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers to support carryover of strategies in daily routines.
• Coordinate care with program supervisors and other service providers working with the child.
