Floating Property Manager

T&R Properties is seeking a reliable, outgoing, adaptable and experienced Property Manager to join our team and provide support across multiple properties. As a Floating Property Manager, you'll support various properties by filling in during vacancies or team absences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is highly adaptable, and has a passion for customer service and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to different communities within the region to provide on-site management support
• Provide prompt and professional customer service to all residents, prospects, visitors and vendors across assigned communities
• Strong sales and marketing ideas and follow-through
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support property performance and operational excellence across the portfolio.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance operations, including capital project support, unit turns, work-order management, and routine inspections to uphold asset quality and ensure resident compliance.
• Provide seamless operational support during manager vacancies or staffing gaps, maintaining continuity of service and adherence to company standards.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years in property management required
• One year of supervisory experience required
• Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
• Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Valid driver's license and insurance
