Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. Duties

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately and report any changes to the nursing team
• Support the development and implementation of care plans in collaboration with registered nurses
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of patient areas in accordance with health and safety standards
• Ensure proper documentation of care provided using IT systems efficiently
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Assist with medical procedures under supervision as required

Requirements

• Prior experience or training in nursing or healthcare is desirable but not essential; relevant qualifications will be considered favourably
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
• Basic IT literacy for documentation and accessing patient records
• Ability to follow care plans accurately and adapt to changing patient needs
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support patient wellbeing
• Ability to work as part of a team within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment

Job Types: Contract, Travel nursing

Pay: $ $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
