$140,000 – $190,000 base salary
, commensurate with experience. We are open to discussing preferred compensation for candidates bringing an established book of business.

A well-established, multi-practice law firm is seeking an experienced
Workers' Compensation Attorney
to join its growing Pennsylvania team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned WC litigator who wants a stable platform, strong support, and a collaborative environment without excessive travel or burnout.

You will manage a full workers' compensation caseload and represent clients across all phases of litigation, including:

• Hearings, depositions, mediations, and motion practice
• Legal research, analysis, and drafting of pleadings and briefs
• Direct client interaction and relationship management
• Collaboration with senior attorneys on complex matters

What We're Looking For

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania bar license in good standing
• 7+ years of direct PA Workers' Compensation experience (10+ years preferred)
• Proven ability to independently handle the full WC litigation lifecycle
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Location & Work Style

• In-office role in Lancaster, PA
• Local daytime travel to hearings and depositions
• No regular overnight travel
