Job Summary:
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant. In this role, you'll assist with a mix of AP, AR, and general data entry tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, good with numbers, and has a desire to learn.

• Assist with day-to-day financial transactions, including AP and AR.
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices.
• Perform detail-oriented data entry tasks.
• Maintain organized and secure filing systems.
• Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding invoices or payments.
• Help with audits or other accounting projects as needed.

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
