Front Desk Receptionist

JOB SUMMARY

Are you a people person that likes a job with variety? SBB is looking for a highly motivated Front Desk/Office Coordinator to fill in for a maternity leave. Your mission would be to greet clients, vendors, visitors, and staff entering the office and to provide customer service through pleasant and helpful interactions with all people, internal and external, answer all incoming calls, and to assure security of all incoming mail/checks/payments.

· Answer all incoming calls via multi-line phone system

· Provide excellent customer service internally and externally by providing assistance in solving customer issues and concerns in person, over the phone, and through email

· Process electronic payments for customers

· Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues

· Escalate calls to appropriate Managers and/or Supervisors when necessary

· Assure completion and security of daily mail opening, date stamping and distribution, receipting and logging via daily Receivables Log

· Coordinate delivery of all Courier, FedEx, USPS and other carrier mail

· Coordinate online conference room booking management

· Responsible for tracking inventory and ordering of office and kitchen supplies

· Knowledge of HOA and the services we provide to each community

· Be extremely articulate and professional

· Update mailboxes as needed

· Update Vendor tracking sheet in Teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
