What You'll Do

  • Guide buyers and sellers through each step of the process with mentor support.
  • Build your pipeline through conversations, open houses, social content, and community events.
  • Conduct showings, preview properties, and create neighborhood insights.
  • Master scripts, consults, and negotiation basics (with training and supervision).
  • Maintain your database using Command CRM, smart plans, and follow-up cadences.
  • Market listings and attract clients using AI-assisted templates and checklists.
  • Write offers and manage transactions with contract-to-close support.
  • Track activities and results; follow your launch plan and weekly coaching goals.

What You Bring

  • You're enrolled in (or starting) Floridareal estate school and committed to getting licensed.
  • Coachable, positive, and self-motivated—comfortable with accountability and daily activity goals.
  • Strong communication and people skills; you like helping others make big decisions.
  • Tech-curious: willing to learn CRM, mobile apps, and AI-assisted tools.
  • Organized and reliable; you follow checklists and keep good notes.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a service-first attitude.
  • Reliable transportation for showings/appointments.
  • Bilingual is a plus (not required).

Licensing & Onboarding (Florida)

We'll walk you through the Floridapathway: complete state-approved pre-licensing coursework, schedule and pass the exam, complete fingerprinting/background check, secure E&O coverage, affiliate with a brokerage, and finalize your license application. We provide exam-prep resources, study groups, and checklists. (We guide the process; we do not guarantee outcomes, timelines, or exam results.)

Compensation & Schedule

This is a commission-only, independent contractor opportunity. No base pay or salary; no income guarantees. Earnings vary based on effort, skill, market conditions, and closed transactions. Your schedule is flexible/entrepreneurial, with in-office training, team meetings, and field work.

Do I have to be licensed to apply?
No. We welcome students currently enrolled or starting soon. You must be licensed in Florida before you can represent clients.

How long does licensure take?
Timelines vary by person, coursework, and exam scheduling. We offer guidance, study support, and checklists—no guarantees.

What does training cost?
Our Ignite training, mentorship, and coaching resources are provided at no additional cost to candidates in our office.

Will I have a mentor?
Yes. We have a specially-designed program designed to help propel you into production.

What technology will I use?
KW Command CRM, digital marketing templates, enterprise-level Canva, AI-assisted messaging/copy, smart plans, and mobile apps for showings and tasks.

How is income structured?
100% commission-only; income is dependent on closings and varies widely. There are no guarantees.
