Assembly and Warehouse Technician
RoomReady is expanding our Operations Team in the Beaverton, OR Facility. This role combines responsibilities from both AV assembly and shipping/receiving coordination. The position involves assembling and staging AV systems, managing inventory and shipping logistics, and ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety standards. It requires strong technical aptitude, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?
- Assemble AV system racks and stage AV equipment for installation.
- Terminate and test various system cabling to ensure performance.
- Coordinate with purchasing and assembly teams to manage inventory flow and accuracy.
- Perform inventory spot checks and maintain accurate product counts in inventory systems.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments, including preparing rooms for shipment to project sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and assembly workspace.
- Label and document equipment and cabling according to technical standards.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of materials required for assembly and shipping.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Support return logistics for unused or returned project materials.
- Maintain tools, materials, and test equipment to ensure readiness and quality.
- Engage in behaviors that support a positive company culture and work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:
As an Assembly and Warehouse Technician, the ideal candidate will need:
- Valid and current driver's license
- Ability to learn and follow directions.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools; mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret AV system wiring diagrams.
- Ability to learn and perform soldering
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Aptitude and desire to learn new technologies as they are introduced to the Company.
- Ability to present self in a professional manner and positively represent the company.
- Strong data entry and computer software skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., ConnectWise) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
The hiring range starts at $18/hr depending on experience and location. A comprehensive benefits package includes low cost/or free employee medical, employer full paid dental, and vision, along with a 401(k) option. Paid time off and paid holidays.
