We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a patient in Port Richey, Florida. This is a Monday through Friday position, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a primary focus on G-tube management.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct one-on-one patient care in a home setting

• Perform G-tube care, feeding, and monitoring
  Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
  Administer medications as prescribed
  Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  Follow care plans and collaborate with supervising RN or provider
  Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for the patient
  Communicate effectively with the patient, family, and care team

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  Current CPR/BLS certification
  Strong communication and observational skills
• Ability to work independently and provide compassionate, professional care
